i stayed in a beautiful room and it was amazing (so spacious!). the balcony gave me a gorgeous view. the room attendant kept the room super clean daily.
the gym equipment seemed a little dated.

the hotel has big rooms with good furniture. i found many places to put my things in. the beach is nice and at the open sea, which i appreciate. all rooms include sea view. the variety of food is good. the food is clean and tasty. the bakery is marvellous, thanks to the chef.
the music is loud at the pool during the day. it becomes difficult to relax.

the hotel features multiple swimming pools, a private beach area, and also a diving center with instructors. there is a funicular that goes between the main restaurant and the main pool.

The staff are polite and helpful in all departments. I am thankful to mr jordian joseph, the reception manager. mr ramy, manager of restaurants, and mr ahmed ragab and mr mo hamed eissa in the restaurant provided good service.

the breakfast had fresh orange juice, i found the staff friendly.
the room was not clean! the bathroom was not to have been thoroughly cleaned in a LONG time. the tv was also VERY old.

I found the atmosphere to be very detailed. all staff members were careful. i especially appreciated the front desk team. They provided immediate assistance. i was happy with the overall organization of the hotel.
i noticed some minor wear and tear in certain areas of the hotel, though it did not affect my stay.

The beautiful room included a king-size bed and a separate seating area. It was very spacious. the bathroom featured two separate sinks. This was convenient. i had a dressing room, so it was useful for storing my clothes.

The hotel has its own beach, a great perk. there is a funicular that runs constantly. This saves your legs from walking a set of steps to the restaurant. the spa offers treatments. I considered them wonderful.

The buffet offered a diverse range of options. I found something to enjoy every day. the food was presented neatly, and the dining area was kept clean. the staff worked hard to keep the tables clear.

the hotel is beautifully located with its own beach, i found it very convenient! the beach is great for snorkeling. tiran island is nearby, and it has snorkeling spots.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They work hard. The beautiful room was spacious with a great view of the sea and swimming pool. The housekeeping was good. Ahmed Samy did a great job, and he was a nice and smiley person.
The hotel was under reconstruction. It was noisy during the day. There was no heat function in the air conditioning. The weather was cold in a few nights, though they offered a second blanket. There was a language barrier. Most of the crew lacked foreign language skills.
